Who we are

What we collect and why

• Contact & enquiry forms — name, email and your message, used only to answer you. Messages are delivered to our inbox via the FormSubmit service and are not stored on this website.
• Bookings — handled by our booking partner Rentlio on their secure platform (book.rentl.io); their privacy policy applies to payment and reservation data. We receive the details needed to host you: name, contact, dates and party size.
• WhatsApp & phone — if you contact us there, WhatsApp's own terms apply.

Cookies & analytics

This website sets no advertising or tracking cookies. Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, which may log your IP address as part of serving the files. Embedded Google Maps (location page) is loaded by Google under their terms when you view that page.

Your rights

Under the GDPR you may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time — one message is enough. Guest registration data required by Croatian law (eVisitor) is processed and retained as the law prescribes.
