Bookings & payment

• Reservations are made through our secure booking calendar (Rentlio) or directly with us by phone/WhatsApp. The rate, deposit and cancellation terms shown at the time of booking apply.
• Booking direct always gets you our best available rate.

Your stay

• Check-in and check-out times are confirmed with your reservation; tell us your arrival time and we'll be ready.
• The Finnish sauna and outdoor hot tub are free for guests and used at your own responsibility; children must be supervised by an adult, including in the garden play park.
• Breakfast is prepared on request (order the evening before) and charged separately. Private dinners are by prior reservation.
• All rooms are non-smoking; the garden and terrace are all yours.

Registration

Croatian law requires us to register all guests in the national eVisitor system, so we'll ask for travel documents at check-in — it takes a minute.

Liability

We look after your comfort and safety with care, but we cannot accept liability for events beyond our reasonable control or for valuables left unattended. Croatian law governs these terms.
